If you mean area (instead of volume), on our current rate, for a duplex house and lot, it would be P30,800 per square meter on a 100 square meter lot, compared to P66.66k for the condo Cirex bought (excluding rights for the parking lot). Actually, it wouldn't be a fair comparison, for there are convenience provided by living in condos such as its close proximity to schools, offices, malls, etc. But for me, condo living is still way too expensive for the average Juan.

Condo is a very Good Investment plus Rents in cebu city are even more expensive in manila so its a good passive income investment but you have to check for: The Location is it near (Mall,schools, hospital , etc) and for parking space as always cebu city is CEBOOM! ceBoom! a Booming city Grab the oppurtunity while you can and while its cheap

ROI dugay if for business. Not ideal. If u want ur family to live in a condo meaning ur getting the 2 /3 bedroom or loft para dako so mas mahal mas dugay ang ROI.

if you have the money, buy a house instead of condo. even if you buy the house in a mid class subdivision, it is still cheaper.
