don't make yourself bored., go out, hang out and well, just make sure you are so tired para nig uli sa balay deretso tulog..making yourself busy is one way to get rid of that one. Anyways., if magsulod gihapon, its up to you unsa ka strong imong will para ipapas sa imong hunahuna og idivert imong attention to other things

Same problem I've had before. Use your coping mechanisms if necessary. Do not... I mean never look at her FB account or anything else related to her. Keep yourself busy. Work or anything that might do. In my case when work was not enough ni try qg gym. Ni taas pa akoa self confidence... maluya naman gd ka ana gd... wala naka time para mag think ana niya if mao na ang case. lol. Anyway if mag gym ka do sureball daghaaan kaaug mo duol nimung bag.o haha labi nag improved naka... trust me been that road, karon magkatawa nalang ko mag think nganu intawn ga hilak2 man ko ah... wtf?! gwapo ra natong laki para magpadaot anang isa ka babaye... hahahaha
