    ana jud na ang airline pre..fyi: tanan flight i overbook jud nah by as much as 20 seats. why? naa man mga passenger na mo cancel or dli mo tunga. If tanan tao motunga, i prioritize jud na ang, senior citizens, mother with child and PWD. other passengers nga wala maka board sa flight due to overbooking should be given compensation like a free ticket ( valid for 1 year) or a free upgrade sa seat if they will board the next flight on the same day. Recommended check in time should be at least 2 hours prior to the flight. Para ug unsa problema ma fix ra daun sa airport personel. Sa situation sa imo parents, basin gpalarga jud to ug sau ang plane kay busy kaau ang airport. But besides that point, dapat gitagaan cla ug seat sa next flight available or a free RT ticket if they chose to fly the next day. Reklamo jud pre.Until they will give you these compensations.

They booked the ticket just minutes before checking in, and they too were refused because, as management said, they were never a priority-their tickets were PROMO.

    This brings to light the unscrupulous practice of Cebu Pacific of deceiving its clients for a number of years now. The same complaint has fallen on deaf ears every time. I know my parents and the passengers that were supposed to fly at 8:55 am are just few of the thousands that have been inconvenienced by the airline.

    Now, I am forced to extend my patience because my parents need to fly, so I bought another ticket, ONLINE at that, for tomorrow, October 31 at 8:35 am. We’ve agreed to be at the airport by 6 am so there can be no excuses.

    Tomorrow, I will update this thread on whatever Cebu Pacific decides to do with my parents’ PROMO TICKET. If they will scrap my parents’ travel because, as they said, PROMO Tickets are not prioritized, then media would probably be the best medium.

    No one buys an item at a PROMO price, only to have it taken away because someone else paid for it at a higher price.

    This is deception, outright robbery and tolerance of a system that cannot justify a NO REFUND policy.
    dunno bout sa imo n.experience noh pero i've been traveling in and out of the country... always remember that YOU HAVE TO BE ON THE AIRPORT AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT so that means at least you have enough time to spare pra m.check.in na nimo imo baggage (mao ni ang mk.pungot na portion sa byahe labi na kng ng.dali ka so being earlier won't hurt you at all)... sak2 mn pd cla more or less bout sa policy nila... naa bya na sa imo g.pirmahan dd2 db? naa pd na nga instructions sa imo ticket pd... mao ni tawag lesson learned... at anytym of d day mn gd pwede mn gd mausab ang mga schedule sa flights (usually sa cebu pacific ky maabot na cla earlier sa scheduled time and vice versa)... dghan mn pd factors na ila g.agad mao n.change ang ilaha flight schedule... correct me if im wrong on this... ang rason na dapat ka masuko knang wlay refunds na mahitabo (dli ni apil ang charges ha ky n.late ka sa imo flyt)

    Check-in counters will be open two hours before departure. Kung ilang i impose na nga policy on non-peak seasons,it should be the same policy on peak seasons. Asa na ang consistency?

    Wa na mahitabo sukad sa Silkair ug Singapore Airlines bisag mobyahe pa kog peak season sa una. Which means, ingon ana ka inefficient ilang sistema.

    Ug di lang kana; naka compile na kog lista sa complaints gikan sa mga friends which are more disturbing than my experience.

    bitaw.. sa ako nahibaw an kai ang pina ka late nga check in kai 45min before sa scheduled departure
    mao na kung gikan ko office nya derecho na airport.. mo check in ko daan kai inig abot nako sa airport less than 1 hour nalang before sa departure
    pero kadto kai sa na late ko (silkair) ... kai abi nako 1:30pm ang flight.. pero 12:30 diay.. abot ko airport.. 12:00..naka check in pako

    sayop pud nang dili priority ang promo nga ticket.. kai ticket gihapon na

    anan gyud na cebu pacific TS especially first flight. nagdali na cla always. i travel almost every weekened man and cebu pacific mi always plus promo ticket pa gyud magsayo mi permi knowing ingnana cla. daghan ko kaila kadaghan na na byaan sa cebu pac.

    hala ui makulbaan man sad ta aning cebu pac ui.. I have a flight going to tacloban this Nov 12 at 2PM.. basin diu nya ta pasudlon kay promo ticket ra baya ni akoa..
    so dapat mga alas 11 naa nako sa airport ani.syaro!!!
    kay if dili gani japon mag wild jud ko..
