    question lang mga mam og sir, kanus-a diay jud advisable na dapat i-jogging? naay uban na buntag daw, uban pud kay hapon, uban kay gabii.

    @fwi-fwi: actually walay rule ani if when ka dapat mo jog..

    make sure nga
    -well-rested ka (slept at 7.5-8hours)
    -medjo naay sud imong tiyan (lite meals before a jog)
    -walay hazard sa imong lugar nga joggingan (if buntag, walay holdaper ga atang, if gabie pud, if hapon walay abog and etc...)

    I've read news about Abellana's track being restored and is not ready for public use couple of weeks ago. Is it done?

    Wala man na close ang Abellana... Bisag naay renovation, daghan man gihapon mag jog/run..

    jogging ko after shift
    my shift was graveyard shift
    not really well-rested but PASSION lang jud to run keeps me going
