make sure nga
-well-rested ka (slept at 7.5-8hours)
-medjo naay sud imong tiyan (lite meals before a jog)
-walay hazard sa imong lugar nga joggingan (if buntag, walay holdaper ga atang, if gabie pud, if hapon walay abog and etc...)
who wants to take a spin karon hapon sa abellana. jogging mi sa akong amigo. sunod lang mu sa amung luyo. hehehehe
