Limit people from moving abroad?

lets say if they limit people from going abroad then govt should have better alternative for employing this high skilled citizens,
if they dont have that? or if it take years to propose a plan? what will this citizens do?

but there are options, change their plan to invest in businesses, thats what happened nowadays, getting a job online, but it takes months and years of brain storming such strategies, well as of now they just have to wait or there will be an uprising!

Limiting people from moving abroad is a plain unconstitutional as the right to travel anywhere in the world is guaranteed in our 1987 constitution (Article 3, Section 6). This area is reminiscent to North Korea's law of no travel abroad for citizens or Hukou system of China where he/she cannot move to urban areas in China freely.

One of the key factors that must be taken into consideration is that people nowadays want more. If they KNOW that they can get more money by working abroad, then it doesn't matter whether one is comfortable with one's life right now.

The only way to solve this is to further the purchasing power of our currency.

Secondly, our government must restrain themselves from being "creative" in their dealings with its citizenry. If they are tasked to do something, do it right away and not hassle them or force them for a shortcut. Usa ra gyud na ka lihok daghan naman mabuhat sa atong mga govt officials. there lies the greed for MORE. sometimes it may be NEED but ultimately, everybody wants MORE.

Government should also do something about the ever skyrocketing costs of commodities and utilities in our country. I understand the need to increase whenever the cost is shaving off the profit margin, but govt. should also be able to control them to lower their rates posthaste without a moment's delay. If government can do that, then everyone will have lesser problems to deal with.

I believe in the concept of the invisible hand theory.

The theory states that individual pursuing their own interest frequently promote the interest of society than when he intends to freely promote it.

It's not a question on where and how you serve your country. It's a question of "if" you serve your country.
The OFW who's paying even the most meager of taxes is worth a lot more than a filipino-at-home bum.
The Filipino professionals abroad who brings praise and glory to the entire Filipino workforce is a lot better
than the stay-in-the-Philippines Filipino who only earns his living waiving banners and placards for
causes he/she doesn't even know about.

the dormant lives of Filipinos who only waits for "mga bigay2x" but has the greatest audacity to complain
about taxes!!!

While we allow criminals to left the country, it is such pathetic to propose this especially to people willing to migrate anywhere in the world. To rebuild the nation doesn't need pure intellectuals nor ONLY middle class people because more often than not they were the ones ruined this nation. What we need is change of system and kill the present culture.

I would make it illegal to migrate out of the Philippines permanently, at least for 25 years so the country can catch up and build its educated middle class up. I currently live in the US but am planning to move back when i finish the Navy in 4 years, and most of my friends and associates here from the philippines were middle class back home. I believe it is our fault for the vicious cycle of middle class migration. If it were up to me i would force all Filipinos currently overseas to come back after 20 years, but alas that isnt my call so the best alternative solution would be to temporarily make permanently leaving the country illegal, at lest for 20 years until we are able to rebuild this country. i dont feel any satisfaction in improving my personal worthless life while i have family in the PI living the same lives they were before I left. Instead of giving them all money to buy their own houses instead of living in my apartments in Cainta Rizal... i prefer to think big and more long term. You cannot rebuild a nation if your educated population consistantly cowar away to other countries

Are you retiring from the USN or just put in a 4 year hitch? Let say you join the navy at age 18, put in 20 and retire at the age of 38, come back home to pinas with a decent pension. I'm glad it's NOT YOUR CALL.
If the person is a government/company scholar, then that person must stay UNTIL all obligations are met. Other than that, they are free to go.

Uh... unemployed people don't pay taxes so I don't know why you think they would complain. The people who complain about taxes the most are people who pay taxes. Let's talk about our taxes: The highest VAT in Asia. The highest import duties. One of the highest corporate taxes. The only capital gains tax regime in the entire world that doesn't tax the capital gain but instead taxes the entire gross amount.

Can't the poor taxpayer complain about being bent over and raped by useless parasites that feed on the decaying corpse of this nation? To say so is almost as bad as suggesting people don't have a right to leave the country when the country is being run into the deepest ring of hell.

I say kill all politicians. No taxes. No need to leave the country. Problem solved.
