This basically tells you that anything that becomes popular and addictive, hardcore Christian "moralists" will always see it as a target because it diverts attention from the lord.
This somewhat reminds me of that rather ridiculous suggestion made several years ago, that Dora the Explorer should also be banned daw kay bad influence to children--laagan daw si Dora. XD

Maybe some of the conservative minds in government will come up with new bans. Obviously the proposed tabloid ban won't satisfy them.
