In what extent ang four-day vacation? Cebu City lang or Entrire Metro Cebu or what?
In anyway, might be a bad for middle-class persons like us kay we are also earning biya.

This 4 day holiday is only good for government employees kay they are paid. Pero for private workers, looy kay walay income!
