But from my experience with my ex gf..

It was February 14, my resources are limited since wala pa koi work.
But i want her to make her feel special as my gf.
So what i did i just brought One piece of Rose flower sa merkado mandaue (tag 100, overpricing kaau) kai daghan man to display ato nga time ug tobleron nga pinaka gamay nga box.

And she was happy for it..

And i got score that night because of that hahaha..

i think it depends on you and your partner ra jud...
personally, i don't like celebrating monthsaries kay goes to show lang jud how short ato expectations sa kadugay sa ato relationships. anniversaries are more meaningful.
do something lang together. depends kung unsa inyo hilig. adventurous ba mo or laid back sort of people? basta inyo anniversary celebrations don't need to be expensive. basta meaningful lang. if gifts or material things help, then go. i think gifts are good not for kung unsa jud ang gift but for the thought behind the gift...
