I'm in favor of this. Age should not be the basis for an offense made by a minor. A crime is crime and needs to dealth with accordingly. Lisod na mo tolerate ta ani mga minors with major crime offenses tungod lang kay minor pa sila.

Minor pa lang gani ni violator na what will this kids become if they grow up?

Yes, I agree that they should amend this law, and do it FAST. But the only sound punishment nga maka lessen sa atong crimes and to even lessen the crowded-ness of our jails is the death penalty.

No more gang2x sa prisohan, no more hepe/mayor. just a merely a temporary place before they die.
