True, sovereingty emanates from the people. In the overall analysis it is the people who will decide who will govern the country.

That is why I would say that revolution and coup is justified in certain circumstances where our institution has already failed to function properly.

But that is not the point. Ok, lets accept that EDSA 2 was a revolution of the people. GMA has no right to succeed Erap because she is PART of the Erap government being the Vice President at that time. When it was a revolution GMA should go down with it. The wrong thing about it is that she wanted to succeed Erap.

There was no succession. Succession to the presidency could only occur in cases of death, incapacity, impeachment or resignation. But Erap did not die, was not incapacitated, was not impeached and all the more did not resign. So why GMA would insist herself to be sworn in as Erap's successor.

Tsk, she was even heard to say that " Sige na, i swear na ako."

Jinggoy was my classmate in grade school. He's no better than a monkey with clothes on. That goon should be shipped to a remote island off the North Korean coast along with his brainless father. With any luck, the North Koreans will use the island for a nuke test. Hehehe... Joke only!

.. hahayz, here's the estradas again with their pointless comments on things. First it was that squatter issue in mandaue now he speaks his mind, if he has one, towards Davide. All this guy wants is publicity, he should quit politics and go to showbiz.
