You hit your quota alright, that's part of business is SALES. what about your AFTERSALES? Ever thought about putting a survey form near the entrance and see what the feedback will be?
By the way, the ONLY reason why you hit your quota is your strategic location which is a MALL. Most of your buyers does not know much about PCs so they settle for less and what's available. That does not mean they like you, because for all we know, they don't even like your service. Move your store outside the mall and you'll see what I mean.
Marketing strategy? Other Computer Stores does not even need to do that.
