Not new. If you were in the shoes of the personnel, will you refuse the instant cash? I doubt. As long as there are lazy people with money, there will always be fixers. Reality my brother.

naks. don't ask to us but go to mirror and ask yourself... then put your self in our shoes where we have to get our license and pay 2,000 just to get our license back. the penalty is only 350 but we have to pay 2k for it as per fixer. and note - no receipt would be given to you. put your shoes to us where we only receive minimum wage per day (285 pesos). and where will we get 2k?

natural for us to get mad because somebody has asked 2k instead of 350 only. natural for us to get mad because we suffer the whole day (we even attend the seminar as requirement) till 5PM sitting in the chairs in front of the cashier who most of the time busy receiving money from those damn fixers and releasing license to those damn fixers (cashier is not authorize to release licenses). natural for us to get mad because we lost 285 pesos (our daily wage) on that day as since we are there at LTO waiting whole day because the cashier is busy entertaining those licenses coming from those damn fixers...

and mostly importantly, we get mad because there is a very big notice ina tarp that says NO FIXERS ALLOWED! But look, damn... fixers come and go victimizing a number of daily earners each day... put you self in our shoes...

Not my fault if you violated the rules on the road. If I had a P285 salary/day, I would be cautious.

WTH, paying 2k is just optional if you have the money. Kung wala, then you can't do anything. Suffer? More like a typical punishment for the violation you did.
