FYI lang, not advocating this behavior pero I've read from some military forums na ang US soldiers didto at times are more afraid of the Iraqi stray dogs than being attacked by insurgents.

but in this situation the lady is not a tribal lady......its another story makasabot ra ang mga tawo if shes in a tribe.....

Part naman na sa ilang culture ang mo kaon ug iro, FYI, naa na silay dog market didto. They also beat/torture dogs before killing it para himo-on nga sud-an because they believe nga the more nga mahadlok ang iro, the more the blood pressure rises before being killed, the more tastier the dog meat is. I'm not pro dog meat and I have not tasted dog meat before pero wala man tay mahimo ana, it's their country and it's their culture. Heck, even the Chinese government wouldn't even heed most government's call to respect animal rights.
