    so how do you feel about your change of eating habits so far?

    anyway, on top of everything bro.. try to look at it as more of a lifestyle/habit change than something that you urgently need to deal with.. i presume you want to trim down 'permanently' right? coz eventually you'll be challenged with a lot of disturbances, not to mention keeping yourself motivated is really hard to sustain..

    ako lang experience dugay ko nagstart og exercise. ako gi una ako diet. pina lisud jud ang diet. NO RICE DIET NA AKO> everything will follow. after 4 months pa ko nagstart og exercise.
