Well its been 9 months (almost) since Ive had a problem with the landlady. Today, I received a message from my colleague from the previous company I worked that our landlady came to the office looking for me.
She made a scene (unsurprisingly) and asked them for my contact info.
First of all - she knows my number so why bother going to the office? I think she's trying to intimidate and embarrass me. Lucky enough Im no longer working in that office.
Also - she mentioned before that she knew where Im working as she got me followed by 2 motorbike guys... it only testifies that what she said infront of the baranggay captain during the hearing was true. Its starting to freak me out. God knows what she could do to me?
Last update I got is that the bank got hold of all her properties as she owes them about 70million pesos! Well - if thats the case Doesnt she have any other important things to do? like sorting out her financial problems? instead of bothering me?
My colleague also mentioned that she will publish my name on a news paper and that she's been sending a summon to me addressed to the office (in which no one has received). I told her I did not want this to get way too far but if she wants to file a case then there's nothing I can do but stand on the truth. But for me, making a scene in the office is unacceptable.
We sent her a text that we want our deposit back first week of January ( we left around Juny-July) yet we did not get any response from her.

hehe - actually shes the opposite.. she got married to this rich guy daw before but then he died few years ago na. Kana ganing nakalitan nga daghan kayo kag kwarta? then just like that nawa ra sad?
Na publish gani sa sa newspaper pag Nov-Dec kay naa sad sya lain case nga wa pa na solve.. i tell you - she plays dirty and she plays it good.. )) and now she wants my name published on a news papaper too! mangamong jud.
