Don't use this method if you are using retainers or braces. Baking soda dissolves orthodontic glue.

You can easily find this at the Supermarket. Arm and Hammer is a good and affordable brand. Baking Soda is actually very versatile. I used this in cleaning my motorcycle helmet and microwave oven also.

I've tried this before but kapoy kaayo maintain so I stopped. It really whitens but the result takes too long. But then again it's cheap.
