-slow down before engaging downhill
-2nd or 1st (safest) gear will do depende unsa ka steep ang road
-do not engage clutch to slow down as this will kinda put the transmission into neutral thereby losing ur engine break; but u can use the clutch to slowly accelerate kay sa using the accelerator
-timpla-timpla lang sa brake; do not ride it all along
-kung kusug gihapon imo dagan then switch to lower gear pa gyud
-listen to the sound of the engine and adjust para di sab maguba imo car

Use engine brake. Safety first.

You can go neutral but it needs frequent use of brakes. The steeper the better it is to use Engine Brake

I've read with modern cars you won't get any consumption when you're in gear than when you're in neutral. Bali na karun hehe

exception with katong carburetors pa kay either way na ra gihapon consumo.
