Well, a lot have expressed my sentiments.

A child in touch with its emotions is a scary thing.
A normal child would consider if he is happy, if he isn't he tries to be happy.
In this case, he is immersing himself with his sadness.
Please introduce him into having a positive attitude.
As it is now, he is just one emotional scar away from doing scary things.

kids start early na noh. my daughter when she was 6, she said something like this as well. she's now turning 10 and got over that "heartache".....
can i make a suggestion... why dont you try enrolling me sa mga workshops like paintiing, singing or dancing.. or any hobby thats of interest to him... thats what i did with Angelica and nalingaw ra man sya...

Ka-remember lang pud ko sa akong lil' bro when he was in 2nd grade (HS nko ato, same school); Excited kaayo siya 1 morning nga padung mi ug school, and he has with him a bunch of roses he'd be giving to his crush daw. By 9am, niabot sa akong classroom naghilak ug nag-guyod sa roses. Wa daw gi-accept sa girl kay he doesn't have a front tooth.
