    Nakadawat/nakapirma ka ug papel nga giterminate ka nila? If wala, pwede pa na.

    If ikaw ang hingtundan, you don't need a lawyer. Much more nga dili naka moadto sa DOLE. Pwede ikaw ang abogado sa imo kaugalingon basta inag-atubang lang nimo sa imo gireklamo dili ka mahadluk. Also, dili ka dapat mahadluk sa imo gireklamo if sigurado ka nga sayop sila kay if ever ila ka dumtan dugang na pud na nga reklamo. Naa na tanan sa Labor Code.

    wala nako copy sa akong resignation letter... dugay napod toh oi.. 2yrs ago pa toh... wala pod ko kadawat ug paper or memo na gi-terminate ko... so u think, okai ra na haayy salamat... apply napod ko balik callcenter ani...

    lamat kaau junmar ha... mura jud ko nabunutan ug tunok ay... hehehehe

    wala ra na kaso bai, but if ever dili ka madawat then makahearing ka(in any ways) then moingon wala nadawat kay naterminate, pwede na nimo ireklamo ang imo former company. Betteryet, to check your records, adto sa imo company before then ask for Certificate of Employment just to check.

    Sis, AWOL gihapon na cya nanawag ka after 2 hrs. you have to inform your superior immediately on what happen kay mag expect man gud imong supervisor nga mo duty ka. Samot pa gyud probationary diay ka atong tayma.. better to do a nice performance first, adto na unta na gibuhat nimo regular naka hehehe.. at least, you are now aware of what you have done mistakes for the past 2 years .

    I dont really think any employer will go that far as tracking you unless you have done something wrong with the company. Out of the many employees ngano ikaw man pag interesan sab they dont have time for those things. Only if you've done something wrong with them that's when they'll start to trace you. A background check is required but that involves searching for criminal records, and tighter screening to make sure they are not hiring a terrorist but that does not include calling your previous employer that fired you. Like i said just leave out the undesirable job experiences you had and focus more on those areas where you feel you have the strongest skills/potential to offer to your prospective employer.
