Actually bro tinuod ni pero ang main reason jud is that dili corrupt ilang government and ilang mga workers ug mga civilians kay disiplinado kaayo... Imagine, nakadungog ba mo na nagriot or nagkagubot ilang relief operation after the disaster? Wala jud... Well planned, disciplined citizens and good government (to say the least). They allocate properly their funds, during this kind of disaster na a daun silay makuha na funds nya dali na dayon pag implement sa repairs. Unlike sa pinas ang emergency funds ma oi hinouy e corrupt, we also have funds pero wala g.gamit for its sole purpose. Our country is earning big the problem here asa man atong earnings g.allocate and g.gamit ba siya sa properly.
The japanese are well disciplined people, they have a good government. We can see how civilized and advenced they are.
