i've experienced fire onboard, piracy(almost) just last year in the gulf of aden, grave threats in foreign countries, tsunami in thailand last 2004 (luckily our ship was in deep waters)..etc

what the?? even the japanese government was shocked about the tragedy and wasnt able to response dayon.. karon mag pa evacuate dayon...

sa rescuers point of view lng ha. the first thing you do about a certain tragedy is you survey the area. check if area is safe for you to perform rescues.. dili mag pataka ug rescue2x kay basin ang nag rescue kay mao nasd mangayo tabang.
