    kalamunggay leaves
    egg

    - pabukali ang ground pork, keep cooking until ma hubsan ug tubig and maluto na siya sa iyang mantika.
    - set aside cooked ground pork
    - sautè garlic and onion add ground pork, let it cool
    - mix ground pork with egg and kalamunggay leaves, make it into an omelet or torta

    tortang itlog with sardinas ..... ( good for 2 na meal sa akong size ni siya hehehe )

    u need :

    - 5 extra large eggs beaten and seasoned
    - 2 cans of regular sized sardines in tomatoe sauce ( spicy kung nahan mo ) , drained and save the juice

    1. mixed the beaten eggs with the sardines ( set aside una ang sauce )
    2. pour mixture in well greased skillet or pan
    3. cook to preference , medium to well done then flip over
    4. when cooked , place the TORTA in a plate and pour the sauce on top
    5. sukad na sa linung-ag na mais ang daog na
    6. CHOW !!

    "Liver spread with egg"

    Mix all ingredients such as liver spread(1 can); egg ( 1 or 2);a little salt ; vetsin (optional ) kay dili manko mag butang ani basta akoy moluto. Inita ang mantika then pride..Serve good for 2 to 3 peson.

    agree kong springfield! naay gamayng kuwang bay para sa side dish ba.. patis/suka nya bombay ug kamatis sili gamay payts na!! make sure #12 ang mais

    buwad bulinao nga gisahon sa daghan kau mantika, onions, daghan kamatis n garlic.. then ig hapit na nimo ha-unon, butangi gmay toyo.. ig kaon nimo, yab-i sa manitka-toyo sauce ang rice.. as i said sa bfast menu nga thread, lami pa kaysa jer2! labi nag c kim moluto!
