I would suggest The Tinder Box. Nice ambiance though pricey but the food was really really good. European cuisine. If you want fine dining you can choose aziza restaurant, or if you like you can have your date at the Z-bar.

for cafe cul de sac on 29 maya street, sto. nino village, try this number - 3461676. they are open from 11 to 2pm, 6 to 10pm monday to saturday. i don't know kung nichange na ba ilang menu but late last year, ang ilang set menu (rice, main dish, soup and dessert) is between p180 to 280. a few samples kay soup of the day (naay cream pumpkin soup or cream of mushroom soup), osso bucco with rice, cream dory with spinach rice, fish shrimp curry (p190), fish fillet with lemon (p190), rhapsody in blue nga fish and shrimp in cream sauce similar to stroganoff (p200) ug daghan pa. dessert is a scoop of ice cream or cake. how to get there: when you enter the main gate of sto. nino village (banilad, right before usc-tc), turn right at the first corner (maya street) then go straight to the end. naa diha ang cafe cul de sac.
