you might consider in bulacao,talisay area. it is located in a subdivision very near to gaisano tabunok and market, walking distance only. very quite and peaceful. it is only 150sq mtrs. 2 BR and 1CR ,with spacious garage and a little garden. see to appreciate. pls text 09102999936 for any appointment. thanks

If the elderly couple can go up a flight of stairs (11 steps) to 2nd floor where the apartment is, then they are OK.

If you have a lot of stuff that requires more than a 35 sqm of space that has an extra attic room for storage, might as well rent a house, not an apartment. But still depends on what "stuff" you are talking about. Coz if you are talking about furniture & appliances, well, a fridge, a gas range, a water dispenser, a small sofa, and a 2-4 seater dining table can well fit into a 35 sqm apartment if you just know how to arrange them well...
