agree ko sa gtel ni sir ironwood....

more than a week na man guro iya dog sa clinic unya hangtod karon wala pa gihapon klaro what's wrong... i wonder whats the use of this thread anyway? di man gihapon maminaw sa advices nga ibalhin, so wala na man cguro other purpose ani nga thread diba? kay if ako na, the most is 3 days.. if after 3 days and the vets dili ka pinpoint what seems to be the problem with my dog, aw ill go elsewhere for better diagnosis... dili lang man usa ra ang vet clinics diri sa ato.

bitaw2....mor dan a week najud,,ka luoy sad,,,i saw dis dog baya sa clinic,weak cya...dn i ask d vet " doc na unsa diay sakit nya"...d vet said " cge suka"...wala nalng ko nag ask og unsa pa,ky wa mn klaro tubaga gud..hehe

@benush: unsa jud diay ingon sa vet sakit s imo dog?

unsa pa man lain nabuhat sa vet aside from ordering laboratory tests and xray? naa nay medications gi administer or until now wala pa sila ka diagnose and wala pay medications nahatag? kaluoy sad sa dog ani oi...

pero lets give the vets benefit of the doubt, basin sad diay this is a hard case. AND that's why a second opinion is very much needed, kai basin pa diay ang lain vets sa ubang clinic ang maka pinpoint kun unsa jud problema sa dog.

before, i brought a chow who was having seizures and vomiting clear liquid. vets couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with him and they didn't have facilities like oxygen, xray, etc.. what they did is they put up an IV line for my dog and started giving fluids and called another vet clinic informing them that they are referring us to them since they couldnt handle this particular case. In the end my dog died, but at least, the first clinic had the humility to refer us and thought about saving our dog first before saving their face. just a thought.

precisely my thought... ang pagsuka2x sa dog kay dili man na jud ang iya sakit jud, its a symptom of another problem, unya it has been aw eek already and yet wala pa gihapon saktong diagnosis ang vet? im just concerned with the TS' dog.. kay if things go on, im afraid the next posts of her would be "wala na jud na-save si apooh huhuhu" God forbid! sometimes death of our dogs naa pod sa ato... there were things wala nato gibuhat or gakumpyansa lang ta.

mao na ang sad eventuality nga ato gi-try nga likay mao ga advise ta sa TS. but ultimately, siya man mag prevail ani... iya man ng dog. maluoy lang ta....

sa tanan, thanks kaau for the concerns and the inputs... apooh is home but with bring home dextrose. amo nlng gi uli kay basin na home sick ra. pag uli nya sa amo kay kiat na kaau. d na kaau cya weak.. with the clinic, ok rmn. daghan mn sd vet ddto gud. mo ad2 sd sa clinic cla dr Perez og dr wendel sa Pet doctor... gastritis ang sakit ni apooh, so gamay2x ra iya food intake... pero karon ni down nsd iya red blood cell...
