I think ang photoshop tool rman na and it is always up to the user kung unsa iya gamit ana. Regarding sa taking good photos I think kinanlan jud na katoonan ug practisan.
Just make sure lang you enjoy photography in it's REAL essence and not just nag padala ka sa usu2x or choi kaayo tanawon naa wicked-looking DSLRgi dala2x
also don't fall in the path like others mura nakat-on ug photoshop than photography
kay basin mu take ug shot then payts na ka sa photoshop nalang daugon mao na mas mag dugay
sige atubang sa laptop or PC than outdoors taking photos and enjoying it. mura ug mag 24 hours sa computer pero just a couple of hours or even minutes taking real shots.

I rarely use it to enhance my photos.

photoediting softwares esp those bundled with you camera is ok ra man...given just 2-7 minute enhancement
meaning its just a minor touchup---contrast & brightness, levels.
and mura gi emulate ra ang processing capacity sa traditional darkroom so I guess that would suffice
pero kanang grabi na kaayo an hour or more sa photoshop with all the mighty features of post-processing is para nako sobra na...its alteration na.
