    although murag dali nako makatug ron ako lang problema kay makamata ko ug kadlawn para mangihi muschedule raba jud ug mga alas 4. 2 hours before sleeping kay dili nako muinum ug tubig unya magsige na ko ug ihi para mahurot na tanan akong geinum. pero syalan ba nga makamata man jud ko egka kadlawn kay kaihion ko, once makamata na gani ko dili nako makatug ug balik. ang kafaet kay murag kuwang ra akong katug, mau magduka ko egkabuntag sa opisina.

    anybody ka experience ane nga mumata sa kadlawn unya dili na katug ug balik?

    Sleep Deprivation Syndromes are problematic.. on my end I just surf the net lessen to soft music until i get drowsy and go to bed.

    Before I sleep, I play on my iPod Touch para kapuyon ang utok and dili kaayo grabe ang radiation (opposed sa comp). Then drink fresh milk. Wear the most comfy clothes. Rest and think of happy thoughts. Mins later, I'm already asleep.
