nag buot-buot siguro to imong kaistorya na staff para mohilom naka. ereklamo to oi. bad lage na sila.

this issue is not new to them, it also happens to my friend who knows less about computer parts
especially in pcexpress.
it was he's high-end mobo-crossfire ready, less than a month old from purchase
may defect agad pinadala sa supplier daw
1 month of wait w/o a service unit....
bumalik... then nag service unit low-end mobo
the fact that more than 3,000.00 price differential from the original high-end mobo purchased
then sabi ng taga pcx same specs lng daw then slight differential lng daw sa price.
he wrote a letter to the management regarding his situation, looks like hindi nakarating.
2 more months of long wait....
he ask for my advice, when i learn about the situation.
we rush to pcx at that day, i almost brought a lawyer with me thinking suing them.. no need though
right then i even call the attention to all the customer, to let them know the situation of my friend who is victim of the incompetence of pcx.
akoa pud gipauwanan ug kasaba ang mga technical/sales staff nila...
later on ni gawas ang manager and decided to replace the mobo
right there and then they replace it with an equivalent mobo.
kung ginawa lng nila ung sa umpisa palng hindi na sila mapapahiya sa mga customers nila

Wala na cilay klaro. Sulayan paka og ilad.
hahay....gikan ko pcx gahapon, nagpa RMA sa ako Mobo, 1 month napod,maytag mailisan kog same model....
kay last nako pa RMA, wala na daw stock..g tagaan nalang kog "Credit Balance" man guro term ato nga less than 1k sa orig price(ni ask ko g unsa pag compute, wa jud mitubag), dili pa jud pwede epa cash, so , maong ako nalang purchase ug mobo, nya karon, na guba napod..ahaks, ka malas nmn jud tawn nako...
Pero, d ko hater sa PCX.hehehe.share lang ko. kay basin di naa makabasa nga taga PCX, ila pa diay epa process ug dali tong ako gpa RMA, kay wa jud ko ka "G" nganung 4-6 weeks ang pa RMA, nga sa Philippines raman unta![]()
Akong amigo, ngpa warranty sa iyang gpu.. sus gihimolbolan ang sud oi... ang card na lng gipabilin which mura pa jd ug gamit nah.. tsk tsk
sa PCX pangita.a si Roy Mutya nya tell him your complaints...though dli nako tig palit did2 except kadtong 790GX nga mobo....
i also remembered one time at the Releasing Area the worker was speaking so fast about the warranty details, I couldn't catch up with his machine gun mouth, so I told him "HUWATSA!" then I read every line aloud and made him explain it. After that I told him "Paghinay hinay sunod ha kay ang mga tao dli kasabot nimo!"
