yes bro..but im not referring to those people na bstah mahalon ilang gisul-ob social climber na sila...ok ra na og mahalon bro bstah kaafford lang..hehehe...

what my point is, to those social climbers, kahibaw na sila sa ilang kaugalingon pa lang na social climber sila..heheheh...bisan di ka afford, mangutang lang para makab-ot ang dili pa para sa ilaha..hehehe...

naka ingon ko ani coz i have a cousin, then maluoy kaayo ko sa iyang mama kay mao juy nagkapuuliki sa utang... to the highest level ang kabaga sa face...hehehe

Ohhhh... You mean to those jobless STUDENTS who wear and own expensive stuffs than their parents yet they rely financially to them. Also, to people pretending they're on upper crust of the middle class yet their monthly income is not even enough to spend for important stuffs like monthly bills, and etc.

Well, that's their thing. I don't care about other people's lifestyle.

'here's a pov i'd wanna share to you TS.. you have a good point on your initial post, but then again, it's their lives! as long as wala sila nangutang nimu .. then pasagdi sila sa ilang gibati. but don't generalize. just because people drive cars and wear branded things doesn't give you a right to stereotype them as social climbers. like me, i work for my money.. i spend it on what i want. wa koy tao gi-ilad. we all have our vices.. we all have a soft spot for materialism, c'mon! but like everything else, we should know how to set our limits. one good advise i always tell myself (and now to you) mind your own business and learn how to SAVE! ohh.. saving.. now that's a different story.'


couldnt have said it any better. of course, ts, na igo ko. i have a fancy cellphone atm, yes, i also have some nice clothes, but i also have shitty ones. i do go to sosyal place like sm and ayala to buy stuff. i also have utang. my point is, you could have worded your orginal post a little better. pero if you think nga na igo ko or social climber ko or if wa ko ka kuha sa imong 'point', then imo na na. bongga ang show

some people become "social climbers" if mao na ilang immediate environment (e.g., school, workplace) para mu clique sila, para mu-belong, and para dili ma out of place... you can't blame them, people need to socialize, any deviant behavior sa majority would be considered antisocial (kill-joy)...
