is this really from the same recipe as the one in Balamban, a franchise perhaps? forgot the name of that store in Balamban but i remember going there on a Sunday and it was closed, niadto jud mi sa ila balay with the help of some locals, kay layu ayu ang biyahe para lang makatilaw sa ila liempo. it was fortunate kay daghan sad sila stock, nagpaluto jud mi. i remember ila house naay mansanitas sa gawas daplin sa dalan. by the way, daghan namaligya ani sa Balamban but we were told that that particular store had the hottest selling liempo in town.
