@the guardian...i have scoliosis too...and i go to chiropractor regularly....lifetime na jud ni akong adjustments...kay kon dili ma adjust mag kamang ta sa ka sakit sa buko2! paita....naa daw chiropractor diha sa cebu naa sa ayala...naa na man to lain thread about ana....i-search lang...daghan na inputs didto about back pain and scoliosis and chiropractic care...good luck!

depende sa ka grabe sa curvature...i prayed and prayed jud while i was pregnant kay grabe ka sakit if my back gives out....kalooy sa Dios nag full term jud ko nga wa kaayo blema. Although pag around 7 months sa ako tiyan i started wearing maternity belt...the added support really helped. Also I had C section...dugay na inject sa anesthesiologist ang epidural kay medyo nag lisod pag determine sa point of entry sa needle because of the spinal misalignment....

that's exactly what i'm scared of, that my back will give out. i'm starting my 3rd trimester and my lower back has been hurting (but dili grabe) here and there. i really do want a normal delivery with epidural than a cs. where did you purchase your maternity belt? at the pharmacy or at the rehab/therapy center?

u need a correctional brace... atleast sa early detection sa imo scoliosis... if imo pasagdan it can complicate sa imo heart...
