As an update, the only room for rent available is the 3,000 peso-room. the 2,500 peso-room was taken yesterday by the IT Park guy worker.

it's 1.9k for the above deck and 2.1k for the bottom deck since double deck man cya.

You may think it's expensive at first but our competitors in the area are going from 2.5k and above. From our competitors, this 2.5 k, yes, electricity is included but excluding the appliances that you brought in which is fixed at a standard rate which turn out to be expensive.

With our product offering, we invested in a brand new airconditioner with the highest energy efficiency rating in the market 'coz we know it will be shouldered by the tenants. Based on our computations, each person would just pay an additional 388+ pesos per month for the electricity depending on the appliances that they have. So if you do get the 1,900 peso-bed + 388 pesos for the electricity, it would just be at around 2,288 pesos per month. That is really a very great value for you!
