no offense meant para sa uban ha but iyahang tone sa article kay degrading man para sa call center agent.. plus foreigner pa jud siya -- Gladly, most English speaking countries like my country, the US -- and klaro kau na bias iya article and obvious sad na supported niya ang bill sa usa ka US senator against outsourcing, mura siya nag sour-graping kay cheap gud ato labor daw diri which prompted foreign business to outsource sa ato.

    iya gud description kay:cheap labor
    set aside their childhood dreams
lifetime health problems attributed in working at a call center
    Low job discretions
    Less socialization
    intellectual drain and immaturity.
    worse social cancer of apathy
Lack of education, social awareness, and public response

    etcetera...

well, ni reply ra mi sa post to let everyone know that this is not all true, that's all.

Sakto Sir dili ing,ana ka dako among sweldo dri sa call center i compare sa inyong gi trabaho.an diha sa SG. Sorry Sir but I was really offended sa imong gi post especially when you said nga D ingna.ana ka dako among swldo para initan mi. It's true nga d ing.ana ka dako but the researcher used words that are inappropriate, offensive and degrading.I think dili tungod sa sweldo nganong gi initan ang call centers, tungod na sa jobs nga nangawala sa U.S.

And also, kaning d sad ing.ana ka dako nga sweldo infairness para diri sa Pilipinas dako na.Sakto, dugang nga info ang gihatag sa researcher but it's misleading. I think as a researcher if you want to make your research believable you should engage yourself on the job that you're researching.I mean mo suway sad ta to cya work sa call center para dili bias iyang mga gipangbutang nga mga informations.

It is not lack of education that lead us to work in a Call Center. It's the money and the need to provide our families a better life.

Sorry, its not my intention to offend you sis ois, what im saying is that as i understand it ila raman gi present ang hazard sa call center agents.

But again sorry for my comment...

    Peace..

Pero ang probelm man gud kay ang Pilipinas dili ka-produce ug nindot nga opportunities. Kanang maga Big local companies mang gani mag expliot kay mobo ang sweldo kasi maayo kaayo ang ilang personel. Kaila kang Dado Banatao?

Ni decline siya mag work as chairman kay gamay ra kaayo compared sa responsibilities sa job. What we really need is to REMOVE THE PROTECTIONIST CONTITUTION kay mao ni reason nganung dili competitive and salary sa trabaho other than the Call Centers.

Naay mga professor, nurses, private schoo teachers are payed low.
