some teachers in the BEI are just not that mentally capable to see the problem and lame enough to find solutions. apparently it was suggested nga by batch of 5 or 10 nga style and they simply stick to that agonizingly slow process. im all praise for the BEIs in my precinct as bright and smart...
some BEIs compound the problem by not listening to suggestions by concerned voters who are systems analysts by profession who immediately sees applicable solutions.

mas maayo jud extend.. sa mga populated area pwerting daghana jud.. before 1 precint is to 1 room karon 5 precint to 1 room.. mao nka dala ug hout..
awa diba gi extend?.. ayaw lang gud mo yawyaw dayon.. masalba ra lagi tang tanan..
exactly my point. sa ato pa, at least 5 or more is to 1 ratio. the max time for shading is 8 minutes that would make an at least 10 or more is to 1 ratio.
mao ang real issue is ang pagbatch sa mamutaray by 5 instead of having 10 or more chairs then dili by batch but kung naay bakante nga chair diritso na.
hinay jud kaau...im serving as a watcher diri sa mandaue...katugon nalng ko...ma wagtang ra akong katugon basta naa na pod mo yaw yaw tungod sa ka dugay...
whoever has a great idea, recommend that to your precinct right now.. don't just complain, do something about it.
