Di paman tawn na abortion!, ang pag-take og contraceptives!!, i am against abortion!, but im not against controlling our population!, usually the church way is always less effective way!, mas epektibo pa ang pag take og contraceptives...

An abortion is the removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus from the uterus, resulting in or caused by its death. This can occur spontaneously as a miscarriage, or be artificially induced by chemical, surgical or other means. Commonly, "abortion" refers to an induced procedure at any point during human pregnancy; medically, it is defined as miscarriage or induced termination before twenty weeks' gestation, which is considered nonviable.

I don't think it's normal for a doctor to think that way. I belong to the medical profession and we don't think like that. We have ethics classes and it's clear that doctors should not promote abortion.

So I think it's unfair to say that tungod doktor siya ingon ana iyang gihunahuna.

Besides, abortion is explicitly prohibited in the Philippine Constitution, which states that life must be protected from the moment of conception. So abortion is necessarily against the Constitution. Any law allowing it is unconstitutional. Abortion is a crime against humanity too.

the Bible does not change. it's us who try to change and understand it differently just to accommodate our wants and lifestyle......

abortion if it's a life and death situation, therapeutic that is, i believe is permissible.... i believe in encouraging those who are sexually active to use contraception to avoid (and regret) unnecessary abortion later.....

opinion ra ning ako..... di ko gusto naay masuko........... peace

Hippocratic oath taker.. Therapeutic ones yes, but we all have to consider what legalizing abortion means. Ay basta, I once wrote a 5 page essay about abortion for our ethics class, I want to share it here, kaya lang I'm not sure if anyone would want to read it, basta bottomline is, the medical profession should not promote abortion as a choice.

In cases like that, we give the choice to the patient. But we don't give hints on what should be done. We give options, and we give possible consequences, it's up to the patient to decide. The patient still has the last word. Still, if she decides to proceed with the abortion, we refer her to an OB-GYNE or an obstetric surgeon for that matter. What you're stating is a moral dilemma, while it's an interesting scenario, lacking kaau imong details.
