Have you experienced being robbed? When someone looses a cellphone, people often say cellphone lang yun. But do they realize how much time someone spent to work and earn the money for that cellphone? Robbers don't just steal the cellphone, they also steal part of someone's lifespan.

So inhumane or not, criminals deserve that.

We don't know the full story here. But if those were criminals in the video, you shouldn't feel sorry for them

Bro, it is not "compassion" to the criminals being the issue here .. it is the police inhuman treatment of persons "perceived" as criminals. They should have behaved better .. and also, according to the rules of engagement befitting a gentleman and a police officer. Each of us may have issues regarding criminals, snatchers, hold-uppers, etc... (I, for one, have been a victim many times of these, hence the reason of my taking always the taxi for public transpo, anywhere I am), but the police officer's decorum (in this footage) is worst than the crime.

Bro, kaexperience ko gikawatan ug cellphone, 2 months pa nako napalit. But never in my mind I wished the people who got my celphone any harm. Ang akong gihuna-huna ato nga time, cguro kinahanglan kaayo nila ug kwarta, cge pinaskuhan nalang to nako nila. No use na man sad maglagot ka, coz di na nimo makuha ang gikawat gikan nimo.

There's always a reason why people do crazy things, why they go to such lengths as commit a crime para lang may ipakaon sa ilang pamilya. You don't let criminals get away with it, but you have to be human enough to help them learn their mistakes. And ordering these boys to kiss each other is not even remotely humane.
