ok ra maghope para pud in good/high spirits gihapon. positive ba gihapon for the future.

kung di ta maghope, daghan madepress... daghan di mulihok na lang kay wa may mabuhat gihapon.

ang hope will trigger somebody/individually to do something good, be effective and influence our society and nation as a whole.

Just read in the newspaper that a dialogue between palace officials and members of the opposition were done to discuss the most serious issues the country is facing today.

At least, the opposition has gathered their thoughts to submit to the president's call for reconciliation. After all, it is only through unity and cooperation can we really secure a progressive nation.

There is still hope in Philippine Politics.

Im sure that the church will be disappointed with this. The CBCP dont want reconciliation. They want our country to suffer.

Of course there is! that's one thing wrong about us Filipinos coz we dont really have that unity and love for our country to stand by it in good times and bad. I think though that the bottomline is, to overhaul the politicial system entails digging at the root causes and going back down history lane and see how we are very much influenced by the spanish rule and how that affects our behavior in society. Where did we get those traits that makes us corrupt, if I may say so, the government. I hate to say it but i think we got that kind of attitude through the spanish rule. Its already there ingrained in us.
