subliminal - the only thing you hear is nature sounds/or classical music/or jungle sounds but the hypnotherapy messages are imbedded in the music. this way, the conscious/critical mind will not understand the message being passed. only the subconscious mind can capture and understand the subliminal messages.

if not subliminal - here you can actually hear the the words. the hypnotherapy messages are audible and understood clearly by the mind under normal circumstances.
