    Post workout nutrition bro, along with protein powder. Wala diay ka mag supplement bro? Ako, I need to coz hard gainer man gud ko and lisod make up sa diet ang ato daily requirements.

    Ahh ok ok.. got it...

    post workout, I usally eat with my friends... 1 cup of rice, 2 chicken breasts (about 30g Carbs, 30g protein) and a soft drink or juice (30g of carbs)... before sleep, 1-2 glasses of Non-Fat milk (1 glass, 12g carbs, 9g protein)...

    I have a pre-workout meal too...

    The thing is, nag calculate ko sa ako daily Carbs and Protein intake... divide into 6... 6 meals a day ko... Sundays ra ko dili mag kwenta... hehehe... either kulang or subra ako kaon hehehe.. hmm. usually subra... i eat like a boar! hahaha...

    I think most of my weight is in my beer belly... I mean medyo daut ko then palahubog ug tiyan... hehehe

    i'm 5'7" 172lbs (22% fat percentage)... i'm super overweight hahaha!
