1. When and Why did you Left? Anong account mo sa CVG?
>>> I left CVG last 2008 pa tawn. Di nako masikmura ang pulitika, favoritism, and especially my TL (akoy patake.on sa iyang supe calls) nayabag na. Plus the untold &^%*%$ harrassment stories among my wave...and nothing had been done about them, they just fell on deaf ears. Also, the final breaking point came when I caught one of the OMs gloating about having to fire a lot of people due to a scandal that rocked the account last 2008. I don't think that is something to "gloat".

Freelance nako karn...oDesk. Got a permanent job there 2 years ago. My annual CVG salary back then looks like biscuits to what I earn now.

3. Describe your stay at CVG?
Mediocre. Some people were good, some people were bad, some people were exceptionally worse. When the good people I knew jumped ship, I knew my time to depart had also come. No sense in staying put when everybody good you knew had already left. When I mean Good, I mean folks that are good in the IT field.

i left cvg october 2010 comcast chat; worked for 1yr and 7mos hayahay ra au ang acct kay non voice, early morning shift but split RD lang then grabeh ka crowded ang floor at that time kay ala paman ang office sa TGU..sa i2 pato..den mag-ilogay og station. Reason why i left pud kay nadawat kog lain company

jpmc but ni quit napud ko, almost 2yrs ko ddtu; weekends off and nindot pud ang pay like cvg

-fun and relax ra au ang environment (although this really depends og unsa ka na LOB)
-on time ang pay
-dako ang sweldo considering 1st job and 1st callcenter ni nako
-nice kay naay rice allowance after 1yr den naa pud annual salary raise
-convertible both SL and VL
-daghan ko na learn from training to production
-buotan ako managers
-daghan team outings

-gikapoi nalang kog mata early like 3AM or 2AM in the morning since my shift normally starts around 3-5AM
-split RD (sometimes consecutive) and maglisod kog pangita weekends off
-less time w/friends..family..and boyfriend
-dika spend christmas and new yr with fam kay naay work..hinuon naa man sa contract na willing to work on holidays hehe
-feel nako work work work and no life so tambay mode nalang sa ron but cvg is a wonderful company so sa mga interested mag apply go go go!
