go with 4650 ....it's faster and directx 10.1 support is another plus

The 4650 is definitely faster than the 9500GT but on most reviews they are using the ddr3 version of the HD4650 not the ddr2 version. If the ts can find an HD4650 ddr3 then definitely go for it. But I doubt naa available locally nga HD4650 ddr3.

even if it's ddr5 it will not make a difference....we might think na ddr3 might gain some 1-2 fps on higher resolutions but these are slow entry level cards...it does not have enough muscles to do it
