No, turn the shutter dial clockwise until you get 10" (with quote above the number).

Bro yaw ayu liboga imu self... the idea was, pahinayi imu shutter speed hehe but when ur in Manual Mode, i-compensate pod imu Aperture para dili mo over expose imu shot...
