If ever I have the chance, I'll tour Brazil.
I figure it is best to avoid the Olympics. Every time the Olympics happen, the hotel and transport rates skyrocket.

The Rio Carnival has just concluded.
Watching it on TV and seeing photos and testimonials of it only make me want to go to Rio to experience it.
The Rio Carnival (aka Carnaval) is the world's grandest parade.
