Villar is a good Civil Engineer turned into a businessman. Kuyaw ni, daghan ni mabuhat pero negosyohon pud ta ani. Ye he is rich before he joined politics, in fact one of the riches Filipino that time (tycon excluded). Rich in asset but later got a hard time on his "liquidity". mao na naay mga anomalya nahitabo sa iyang mga banko (Capitol bank) where iya rang mga businesses ang nagloan using depositors money, over appraisal of his Real estates etc...

Binay also is a dictator type leader thats why very progressive ang makati and loved by people even pro erap. he did good in makati.
