options:
1] exercise & diet
2] marie france & diet
3] liposuction, exercise & diet
in that order.
problems might be:
-you eat late and sleep immediately afterwards..
-your food intake is much compared to the jogging exercise..food intake(5x a day) > exercise time(1 hr.)
-you still eat unhealthy foods that produce fats..healthy meal + jogging = nice bod!
try not to eat foods na lisod hilison b4 u got to sleep, maybe before 6 dli naka eat like RICE, pasta ug uban pa. nya early morning kanang fruits lang or kung dili kaya try oatmeal... then imu heavy meal kay dapat lunch lang... continue with the exercice that ur currently doing... for sure youll see the results...

Hehehehe! Those are The same..weight losing is based on longevity or duration and not speed..I'm a miler for 2 and a half years then suddenly I'd stop because of my work..when I went back to long distance running last year I tried several sports like Swimming,Martial arts..until I found Yoga and adopted the system later on after 2 weeks as Yogii I tried to get back to running..I went back to basic which I used to gave it to my students before who want to learn the Basics of Running..and Now I'm back with the usual 10Km in the morning and 5km in the afternoon on saturdays I do 6Km uphill at RCPI Babag-1 where u pass by Mountain view..it's really cold up there around 5am..the reason why I practiced there it's because it has a thin layer of oxygen, so to develop my oxygen intake while drawing alot of blood to circulate through my system..the more strength you produced the more blood you draw through your muscles, and the more blood you draw the more oxygen you need....when you get back to the city where oxygen layer is Thick hehehe! you really run like cheetah....
you are right with blood - muscle - oxygen info... but, what i'm trying to say is... more CAL burned in a same amount of time... and as much as possible maintaining lean muscle... you can search around google... brisk walking works better than jogging... this topic is about losing weight... not about pataasay hangin or endurance test...
i tell you, running, walking, brisk walking, jogging and sprinting are different..![]()
