Waaaahhh...reading this.... dugang dugang sa libog 🙁....gusto pud ko mg shift ug career. My current employer is one of the best with regards sa akong field. If mubalhin ko company, the consequence would be lower pay. I was thinking call center kai mao man di kaau strikto kung unxa imung nahuman. Pero after reading sa mga comments kai murag bad move akong nahunahunaan.🙁.

I tried career change before... but I flunked... Maayo nalang in God's grace, naka balik ko sa akong specialized field... with promotion / level upgrade.

Things to consider when you make a career change, you start again from the bottom. People do not care on what you achieved before or prior experience, because the new career that you chose might not be related with your previous one.

im applying now sa lain company but its really a 360 turn...from a call center to a government company,stressful job to a stress free job, hi paying to a low paying job, night shift to a normal day job...tsk tsk
