Im an Olympus user too..
Im currently using my E500 and my new E620.
The E620 with its articulated screen is better in comparison to the Nikon D5000. Such as you won't risk breaking your screen when it's fitted to a tripod, or changing batteries while it's mounted on the tripod. Not to mention the sweet double lens kit it came with, and the in-body built IS (so you don't have to worry about changing lenses w/o IS).
Was supposted to opt. for the E3, but it's pretty far off expensive for me..
september 19 and 20 actually ang workshop
sory.hehe kk if i had time.. mo enter ko sir.... isr asa dpit ang workshop??
go for basic photography lang sa bro
try and master shooting then appreciating the result right after the click of the shutter release button
ayaw sa apil anang photoshop or any photo manipulation kay basin ma pareha ka sa uban nga mas maayo pa sa post processing than the actual photography itself (though not all), nga sa photoshop nalang daogon.
the magic should come after the shot and not after some drag and clicks of a mouse on a computer
always adapt to the idea that the true advange of a digital SLR over the film is that:
-it's more cheaper than the processing of negatives
-trial and error---shot & shot until u get your preferred results rather than limiting to 36 shots in film cams
...and not because its digital its always an outright excuse to manipulate it over photoshop then publish it then say "hey! I have done a great job in "PHOTOGRAPHY!" get it? "PHOTOGRAPHY" daw...heheh
