2. Can u find a single-detached home at 2.4M nowadays?

Our financing is on Bank Financing lang bro.
But if u can furnish Pag-ibig to release u a loan for house construction..why not.

We can give documents on our side to help out.
But the loan transaction is between you & Pag-ibig
