IMHO, even if we say Tomas' style will generate more revenues, it is actually the towing company that profits a lot more coz the city will only get a measly 10% share from it.

^it's because nagka traffic na pag-ayo ang ciudad. samotan pa sa mga nagpark musamot ang ka traffic. Good thing I really make sure when I park wala jud no parking sign para maka argue pa ka. And if in doubt ka sa asa ka nagpark then adto nalang jud ka park sa you know safe ka. bahala ug layo kag gilakawan basta dili lang ka makagasto ug 2T kapin. (ako giigo ako bro ani nga istoryan pud kay last month na towing iya awto.)

dapat, wa jd tay pilion.. bisan og 2 mins. pa na naa diha, or bisan delivery truck pana.. wa jd ta mahimo kay naa na sa law.. tan.awa ninyo sa states oh, prison bus pa gane na ha.. 3 mins. kapin ra, tow daun..
