I got the info from Wikipedia. "By 1994, the United States believed that North Korea had enough reprocessed plutonium to produce about 10 bombs with the amount of plutonium increasing". As for the 50, I got it from news clips. Thats why I put in "believed" because they are unconfirmed.
Also from Wikipedia, they spend $5 Billion on their military alone... they might not be an economic power, but they do know where to spend their money...
And as stated by Omad, the fact that they refused IAEA inspectors to visit their nuclear facilities in itself is very fishy na. Its what the Iranians are doing right now. If they have nothing to hide, why bar the inspectors? Its simple logic...
